On September 26, 2023, the "7500TPD Clinker & Cement Production Line Project in Uzbekistan", invested by China Energy Construction International Group and jointly contracted by AVIC INTL Beijing / KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD) and Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully ignited. The project features a cement production line with the largest production capacity and the fastest construction speed in Central Asia. 

At the final construction stage, All project workers focus on key points, overcome difficulties, maintain milestones, and comprehensively sets off a new wave of work with a will. They spared no efforts to catch up with the schedule. Ultimately, the igniting ceremony was held smoothly according to the milestones. The project bore fruit and gain under the guidance of the China national "the Belt and Road" strategy. The operation of the project will effectively promote local employment, bring welfare to the people, and contribute to the infrastructure construction and sustainable social development in Central Asia.
