On July 27, 2023, TSELMUUN NYAMTAISHIR, the President of Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC, led a delegation of 6 people including TSOGT GALSAN, the First Vice President of the Company, to visit Hengyuan Group. Accompanying them on the visit were 4 people, including Mr. Sun and Mr. Yang from China Enfei Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., who have been confirmed to participate in the design and project management of the Cu-Mo project. The visitors were warmly received by Chairman Xu Huilong, Director Xu Yong, and General Manager Hu Yeming of Hengyuan Group.

After the MAK team arrived at Hengyuan, Chairman Xu Huilong, Vice President (Business) Xie Aihua, and Vice President (Engineering) Zhu Zhongshun accompanied them to visit HY’s production workshop. The vibrant production scene there deeply impressed the visiting customers. MAK President highly praised HY’s product quality control and timely production progress.

Later, in the multi-functional conference room on the 5th floor of the office building, both parties discussed and reached further cooperation intentions regarding the Cu-Mo project. Finally, both parties signed an installation contract and a supply agreement for the steel structure of the plant building. The smooth signing of the installation contract has also laid a solid foundation for the two parties’ further cooperation in the future.

The Cu-Mo project is located in Aymag, Dornogovi, Mongolia. It is the third largest explored copper mine in Mongolia, with an estimated ore mining capacity of 14.6 million tons per year, an annual production of 300,000 tons of copper concentrate and 5,000 tons of molybdenum concentrate. As the EPC general contractor, Hengyuan has completed 90% of the site leveling work and 65% of the civil engineering work. This year, it is planned to complete a concrete pouring volume of 30,000m³. The steel structure installation work has begun in August and is planned to complete 5,000 tons this year. The on-site work is being carried out in accordance with the established goals. Now with the participation of China Enfei, advanced project management concepts and rich project management experience have come with it, which will inject a strong shot to ensure the project completed on schedule.

It’s inspiring that President of MAK personally visited HY headquarters for in-depth communication and understanding, further consolidating the development direction of mutual trust and prosperity between MAK and HY. The two companies will surely go further on the path of diversified and high-quality cooperation, and work together to make a brighter future!
