At the beginning of the New Year, in order to gather strength, encourage all cadres and employees to work with more enthusiasm, on the afternoon of January 14, 2022 Year-End Summary & 2023 Mobilization Conference of Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hengyuan Hengyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was held in the administration building. Group Chairman Xu Huilong, Group Director Xu Yong, as well as other senior leadership members were present and sat in the front row. A total of more than 50 management staff also attend the meeting. At the same time, a branch meeting place was set up in UZ. The management team at Uzbek construction site participated in the meeting through video conference throughout the whole meeting and made speeches.

There are four items on the agenda of this conference. Firstly, to read out the employment decision of Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hengyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2023. Secondly, to listen to the year-end work reports of the department representatives. Representatives from various departments summarized the work in 2022, reflected on the existing problems and shortcomings of the work, and talked about specific work ideas and measures for the next stage. Thirdly, to listen to the annual work report of the managing leaders. Each of the leaders made an annual summary of their respective responsibilities and set a target for 2023. They believe that under the correct guidance of the new leadership, new strides will be made in the coming year.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Xu Huilong made an important speech titled “Forging ahead with courage and perseverance, Hengyuan strives to start a new development Journey”. He made a comprehensive and objective review and outlook on the development of the company, and put forward higher requirements and goals for the problems existing in each department. In the past three years, the impact of the epidemic, global inflation, the game between major powers and other factors have made the world economy in turmoil, and Hengyuan has also experienced more severe challenges. HY people will get up the courage to face the difficulties and problems head-on, and will seize the opportunity in their own hands!
