On May 10, 2018, Hengyuan Cement (Joint Venture) Co., Ltd. is incorporated at the local time of 3 pm in Uzbekistan. It is a joint venture company jointly initiated by Hengya Cement Co., Ltd. and Time Engineering Co., Ltd. (Uzbekistan). Those present at the historical incorporation event include General manager Zhai Wanming and Deputy General Manager Zhu Zhongshun of Hengyuan Cement (Joint Venture) Co., Ltd., Mr. Umid, director of National Service Center of Samarkand’s Justice Department in Uzbekistan and Mr. Oybek, General Manager of Time Engineering Co., Ltd. 

Hengya Cement Co. Ltd sets up holding subsidiary in Uzbekistan with strategic vision and adopts the most advanced new dry precalcining production process based on adapting related industrial policy of Uzbekistan, and the company built a new dry process cement production line, which can produce 4000 tons clinker a day and reserve building sites of full-scale production line at the second phase. Clinker firing equipment is Φ4.3×64m rotary kiln and single series of five-stage cyclone preheating predecomposition system which can produce 4000 tons of Portland cement clinker per day, with heat consumption of 800Cal/kg cl. This equipment can produce annually 1.32 millions of cement clinker and about 1.85 millions of cement under 330 days of annual operation.The proposed site of this project is at Samarkand’s Kattakurgan of south-central Uzbekistan, 386 kilometers from the capital city Tashkent and about 10 kilometers from main road of M37. The rode facility can satisfy the construction and production requirement of cement plant, and local transportation is very convenient.

The successful registration of Hengyuan Cement (Joint Venture) Co., Ltd. certainly will effectively promote the construction process of cement plant project, accelerate industrial upgrading of Uzbekistan cement plant and make contribution to Uzbekistan’s social and economic development.
