The 20th Anniversary of the Founding of Yangzhou Charity Federation and the 4th Charity Performance Gala of the "City of Great Love" was held at Yangzhou Canal Grand Theater on May 19th. Hongkun Jiang，President of Jiangsu Charity Federation, and Xinmin Xia, Party Secretary of Yangzhou Municipal Committee attended the event. Mayor Baojuan Zhang delivered a speech. Yang Chen, Chairman of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, Lingjun Kong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chenglin Liu, Executive Vice president of the Provincial Charity Federation, and Dali Zhang, Vice President and Secretary-General attended the event. At the party, Hengyuan Group was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Contribution Award for the 20th Anniversary of Yangzhou Charity Federation" by the Municipal Charity Federation, and HY also donated 1 million yuan to Yangzhou Charity Federation at the scene.

Since the establishment of the company, charity culture has been listed as an important part of the corporate culture. Over the years, HY has taken practical actions to support charity, participate in charity, and actively contribute love, in order to inherit the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation of benevolent charity, promote mutual care charity culture for each other, and help the better development of Yangzhou charity, playing a good example and leading role.

Over the past 20 years, HY has sponsored poor students to go to school and arranged for them to work in HY. At the end of each year, the "Staff in Difficulties Give Warmth" event will be held to give cash and living supplies to the company’s needy employees so that everyone can have a warm New Year. Moreover, HY pairs up with the poor villages in the town and participates in the "One Day Charity Donation" every year. In the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, HY immediately organized the company's employees to donate money to deliver the company's love to the victims. At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic raged across the country, and the nationwide epidemic prevention materials were in short supply. Huilong Xu, the chairman of HY, immediately issued instructions and proposals to the Overseas Project Department, calling on overseas personnel to do everything possible to purchase pandemic prevention materials to support hometown through various means. The staff of the overseas project department of the company, using various resources and channels, purchased pandemic prevention materials with a total value of about 600,000 yuan in large quantities from the United States, Canada, Uzbekistan and other countries to support the anti-pandemic work in hometown, which fully reflects the high social responsibility of HY Group.
