On the morning of April 27, HY was invited to attend the Third (Enlarged) Session of the 15th CPC National Committee held by Jiangdu District Federation of Trade Unions to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Member of the Standing Committee of Jiangdu District Party Committee, Director of the Organization Department Sheng Weilin, and Chairman of Jiangdu District Federation of Trade Unions Zhang Yongxin attended the meeting and made important speeches. Representatives of "Top 10 Civilized Workers", "Top 10 51 Women Pacesetters" and "Excellent Trade Union Cadres" from 2019 to 2020 were commended at the meeting.

Our company won the title of “Advanced Grassroots Trade Union” and was selected as the advanced unit of "Good Canteen for Staff" in Yangzhou City in 2020. Wang Xue, Deputy General Manager of the Department of Administration and Procurement of our company, was awarded the title of "Top 10 51 Women Pacesetters" in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou City.

Taking "building an advanced grassroots trade union" as the driving force, taking promoting the development of the company and improving the quality of life of employees as the goal, the trade union of our company closely centers on the task of economic construction and reform and development of our company to conscientiously perform various functions and carry out various work with high starting point, high standard, high quality and high efficiency according to the work goal, so as to strengthen the construction of trade union, standardize democratic management, rich the enterprise culture and make the effect of "sending warmth" activity obvious, which can effectively promote the cohesion of trade union organizations and enhance the sense of ownership of employees.

The trade union of our company carries out extensive publicity and education activities to comprehensively enhance its good image. It also strengthens the construction of the branch organization and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the staff. Focusing on the most realistic, most concerned and most direct interests of the staff, our trade union will continue to strengthen the construction of staffs' homes and hold a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
