Recently, director Jiazeng Chen, director Haibin Gao, and other experts of the Vocational Skills Appraisal Center of Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, came to Hengyuan to conduct an evaluation and inspection on the “Self-Test Site for Hengyuan’s Application for Vocational Skill Level Certification”, the leader of Hengyuan Vocational Skill Level Certification Work Group Xue Wang, deputy Liyong Zhu and other two members participated in this certification.

Experts pointed out that Hengyuan already has the basic conditions for carrying out vocational skill level certification in terms of technical resources, system materials, department settings, staffing, places and facilities. Finally, Hengyuan passed this assessment with a high evaluation. This is not only an affirmation of Hengyuan's talents training work, but also a better platform for the company to further promote the evaluation mechanism of skilled talents and improve the evaluation system.

During the evaluation and inspection, the two directors of the appraisal center affirmed the preparations for this certification. The evaluation work is to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on reforming and improving the evaluation system of skilled talents, promoting the transformation of the evaluation of skilled personnel from governmental certification to social certification, and forming a market-oriented evaluation mechanism of skilled talents, which is a significant work to promote the implementation of policies. Xue Wang said that Hengyuan will further improve and implement details, further advance the work of vocational skill level certification, implement the original intention, and make the work to achieve a high level.

In the next step, Hengyuan will make special arrangements for works of the coming year, with the goal of improving the professional skills of employees, so that all employees who meet the requirements and want to improve themselves have the opportunity to receive high-quality training and fair assessment.
