Since the early 1990s, Hengyuan International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has evolved from a company that undertook only mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects into a modern, comprehensive enterprise providing all-round services—including engineering design, Equip. Supply, civil construction, equipment installation and commissioning, personnel training, and production operations—in fields such as cement, chemical industry, metallurgy, and mining.

The company is located in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou—a city renowned for its rich history and culture. It is approximately 300 kilometers from Shanghai Port and just a few kilometers away from both Jiangdu Port and Yangzhou Port. The Beijing-Shanghai Expressway runs north-south through the region, while the Ningtong Expressway and the Ningqi Railway traverse it east-west. To the south, the company borders the Yangtze River; to the west, it is adjacent to the Grand Canal. Moreover, it is only about ten kilometers from Yangzhou Taizhou Airport, offering exceptionally convenient transportation by water, land, and air.

In 2006, the company constructed a modern office building with a total floor area of 20,000㎡, integrating research and development with office functions. The production base covers an area of approximately 180,000㎡, and the company employs over 3,500 people.
