The Uzbekistan Rubber Tire Factory project is a key project promoted by the Chinese and Ukrainian governments and it was officially started on February 1, 2016. Hengyuan International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the civil and steel works of the tire factory. During the civil construction of the site, the team overcame many unfavorable factors, such as personnel shortage and frequent changes of the on-site construction drawings. The work was successfully completed and won the unanimous praise from Uzbekistan and other Chinese cooperation enterprises.

On July 25, 2018, the Uzbekistan Angren Rubber Factory project successfully passed the acceptance of completed project. The director of rubber factory, Rachman zhad, the project manager of Poly Technology, He Jiangbo, the project manager of Hengyuan International Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Jiang Yongjun, and the on-site responsible person of Beijing Rubber Industry Research Institute attended the signing ceremony. At the signing ceremony, representatives of all parties fully affirmed the results of the preliminary work of the project, marking the completion of the project construction and the transition from full-scale construction to formal production.

The acceptance team conducted detailed on-the-spot inspections and tests on the main body of the project, carefully listened to the completion acceptance reports of the participating enterprises, and carefully reviewed the engineering data. After the comprehensive inspection by the acceptance team, the main parties agreed that the construction of the project is standard and legal, the entity quality and sensory quality of the project meet the design and specification requirements, the quality of the materials used is qualified, the various tests and test materials are complete, the evaluation is excellent, and the completion acceptance is successfully passed. The acceptance team put forward two requirements for the finishing work after acceptance: First, the project and engineering materials should be properly handed over; second, the cleaning and repair work should be thoroughly done, drawing a successful completion for this project.

The successful completion of the Uzbekistan Angren Rubber Factory project laid a good foundation for undertaking the second phase of the project and other supporting projects, and set an example for other Uzbekistan projects of Hengyuan and also set an example for other projects that Hengyuan has expanded in Uzbekistan.
