At 9:18 am on April 29, 2023, with the smooth hoisting and connection of the last section of the kiln body, fireworks bloomed at the construction site. After 5 days of continuous efforts for the installation of Gezhouba 7500TPD clinker & cement production line in Samarkand, the hoisting and erection of the 78-meter rotary kiln cylinder, with a diameter of 5.4/5.8m was successfully completed in five sections, and the key milestone of the project were also completed, laying a solid foundation for achieving the overall goal of project construction.
In order to complete the hoisting operation of the rotary kiln safely and efficiently with high-quality, under the correct decision-making of the project department leaders, Chief Engineer Hua Yechun and Manager Li Wenqing have utilized their rich construction experience to carefully arrange each hoisting step and develop a scientific and efficient construction plan. Before the hoisting operation, the project department organized a safety and technical briefing for all participants, providing detailed explanations on safety matters and technical points, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding and responsibility, and ensuring that safety and quality are flawless.

At 9:18 on April 25th, with the witness of the owner and project manager, as the hoisting command from General Li sounded, the first hoisting section of the rotary kiln cylinder was slowly lifted, lasting for two hours and thirty minutes. The first hoisting was successfully placed in place; All construction personnel have a clear division of labor and good cooperation. Three sets of wheels, one set of large gear rings, and five sections of the large kiln cylinder are tightly connected together. Due to the scientific plan, strong measures, and effective command, the hoisting and erection of the rotary kiln was safely and smoothly completed.
With the completion of the hoisting of the rotary kiln cylinder, the project construction has entered a new peak of installation.
