In order to further strengthen the construction of corporate team culture, create a positive and harmonious working atmosphere, show youthful vitality and gather team strength, on October 29, Hengyuan successfully launched the 2021 Autumn Team Development Activity in a clear and crisp autumn day. More than 40 employees of Hengyuan participated in the activity.

This activity is a team point competition formed by different systems. It was through such activities like multi person one-way tug of war, rope skipping relay race, water collection by dragons, crab war that shortened the distance between each other and improved the team cohesion in a happy atmosphere. Finally, the Second-line Production Team won the championship, the Engineering & Business Team won the second place, and the Finance & Audit Team won the third place.

In the activity, all members devoted themselves, worked and pulled together, helped and trusted each other, actively communicated, gave full play to the team spirit, overcame numerous difficulties and jointly completed each task. This team development activity not only cultivated our positive working attitude and high sense of working responsibility, deeply tapped our own potential, but also made us profoundly realize the strength of the team and the vital importance of mutual cooperation, enhanced the awareness of team cooperation and improved the team cohesion.
