On the morning of March 27, the district commission and government held a grand meeting of the regional industrial high-quality development conference on the first floor of the lecture hall in the district government. The conference reviewed the achievement of industrial economic development in 2017, arranged goals and tasks in 2018, commended advanced representatives, fulfilled various appraisal and reward, and further mobilized all the optimization of industry structure and transformation of development momentum and stronger real economy, to promote industrial quality and economic development. Zhang Tong, secretary of the district commission addressed, district party committee; Wei Feng, deputy secretary of the district commission, district mayor gave a working report; Zhang Yongting, director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Zeng Qingling, chairman of the District people's political consultative conference, leadership of these four teams attended the meeting; Li Lin, deputy secretary of the district commission read the commendation decision; Yang Deyin, and deputy district mayor chaired the conference. 

The conference defined the main goal of industrial economic development in the district in 2018 is: firmly grasping the general requirements of quality revolution of economic development, efficiency revolution and dynamic revolution; accelerating the transformation of industrial economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development; ensuring that the added value of the above industries increased 9%, the tax on industrial warehousing and deduction tax on purchasing equipment increased minimum 10%, and the sales of industrial invoice will exceed 100 billion;  the actual utilization of foreign capital, the total export volume of foreign trade and the turnover of foreign trade continue to maintain the city's leadership; more than 8 major industrial projects at the municipal level; energy conservation and emission reduction completed the tasks of provinces and cities.

The company acquired two awards of the invoice increase and filing, and general manager Zhou Changjin attended the meeting and accepted the award.
