--The theme of 2018 year-end summary and the 2019 mobilization meeting of Hengyuan Group 

 

On January 28th, the year-end summary of 2018 and 2019 mobilization meeting of Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the administrative building. A total of 100 representatives from various departments of the company attended the conference. Xu Huilong, chairman of Hengyuan Group, attended the conference and made an important speech.

The conference is divided into two parts: the branch meeting place and the general conference hall. For the branch meeting, it adopted the form of “leap-forward” discussion meeting and was held in the morning. The deputy general manager organized the staff of non-direct management system in order to improve the overall concept of the leadership and strengthen communication and understanding between the systems.

The summary meeting at the general conference hall held in the afternoon was hosted by Xing Xia, Minister of Human Resources. Vice chairman Zhou Changjin first published a summary report, which reviewed the international business development situation, factory production and project implementation in 2018. In the past year, regardless of the domestic and foreign economic situation or the development of our company, we had experienced more severe challenges and encountered an unprecedented low tide. However, people of Hengyuan were facing the difficulties without fear, and the opportunity to challenge themselves was still in their own hands. Vice chairman Zhou pointed out that in the new year, while we carefully summarize the lessons of last year, we must continue to train our own internal strength in technology, management, quality, safety, construction period and cost.

The directors of the company reported on the development of each area of management and made constructive suggestions on the company’s strategic plan for the new year. Then, the representatives of each system and the deputy general managers of each system made a summary report in turn. The leaders from strategically advantageous position commented on the work of their respective departments and elaborated on the work planning of the system or department for the new year.

At the end of the conference, chairman Xu Huilong made an important speech on "Remain true to our original aspiration and continue to struggle; Seize new opportunities and meet new challenges".

In his speech, Xu systematically reviewed and summarized the work in 2018, pointed out the problems and deficiencies, and comprehensively deployed the work goals and development ideas of 2019. In the new year, we must implement the management system, carry out the assessment work of factory and project, strengthen project implementation and management, strengthen the management of subcontracted teams, strengthen executive force, increase the training of talent teams, adhere to principles, improve audit work, and further deepen costs control.

In 2019, the situation we are facing is still severe, and the tasks on our shoulders are even more arduous. We will stand on a new starting point, to enlarge existing advantages, highlight potential advantages and create new advantages. Let us unite as one, redouble our efforts, make still further progress, and strive for the early realization of Hengyuan Group’s strategic investment development!
