《慧吃慧动,健康体重》知识讲座  三八妇女节来临之际,在市总工会和区总工会领导的关怀下,3月7日,公司工会请来了苏北人民医院营养科蒋放主任在公司行政大楼8409培训室为公司员工做了《慧吃慧动,健康体重》的知识讲座,扬州广播电台FM967栏目主持人也到现场聆听讲座并做了直播报道。 讲座伊始,蒋主任给大家展示了她保持年轻体态的秘诀——“慧”吃,首先指出我们早餐、晚餐搭配的一些陋习,尤其是晚餐吃的多且油腻容易引发身体一些疾病。蒋主任提出要想提高身体素质,全面的营养必不可少,建议大家在安排一日三餐饮食时要注重食物种类,包括牛奶、鸡蛋、主食、水果蔬菜、粗粮及坚果类等等,每天至少要吃到15个品种的食物,这样营养才更全面。蒋主任给大家展示了她自己制作的营养三餐,针对不同年龄都有不一样的吃法,大家都表示今后要注意自己及家人的饮食,注重营养与健康要求。随后开始了另外一个秘诀就是“慧”动,解释了食物、脂肪和运动的关系,并教大家每天要做有氧运动还有适当的力量运动,才能做到一个健康营养的生活体系。蒋主任与大家开展互动,会场的气氛十分活跃。扬州广播电台FM967栏目主持人也在现场直播采访了员工的日常饮食。 会后,部分员工意犹未尽,向蒋主任咨询其他健康问题。此次营养与健康讲座让大家懂得了健康饮食与运动的重要性,也让大家学到了更多的营养搭配的技巧,大家纷纷表示今后要纠正改善自己的生活习惯,做到健康生活,快乐工作!

At the beginning of the lecture, Director Jiang shows us her secrets to maintain a youthful shape—eating intelligently. She firstly points out the bad habits in our breakfast and dinner, especially when we eat too much and greasy in the dinner time, which is apt to cause some diseases. In order to increase physical quality, Director Jiang puts forward, the comprehensive nutrition is essential, and the food types need to pay great importance in the arrangement of three meals of a day, including milk, eggs, staple foods, fruits, vegetables, coarse grains, nuts, etc. Director Jiang says the nutrition is comprehensive after we eat 15 kinds of different foods. Director Jiang also demonstrates the three meals made by her, and indicates the same food has different ways of eating for the persons of different ages. Everyone says he would pay attention to the diets of his own and his family and focus more on the nutrition and health requirements. Then, Director Jiang teaches us another secret for maintaining a youthful shape, i.e. doing exercise intelligently. Director Jiang explains the relations among food, fat and exercise, and encourages us do aerobics and some proper strength training every day, by which a nutritional life system can be achieved. Director Jiang also interacts well with everyone, which makes the lecture atmosphere become active. The hosts of Yangzhou Broadcast & Television FM967 also have a live interview with the employees about their daily diets.
