On July 15th, “Boost High Quality” practice team composed of teachers and students from Jiangsu Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School, came to Dinghuo Town, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City to conduct employment research and Chinese traditional culture publicity activities. As an enterprise representative of Dinghuo Town, Hengyuan Group warmly received the school leaders and students and made the in-depth communication and exchanges with them, which laid the foundation for future school-enterprise cooperation.

At 4:00 in the afternoon, the research activity of the practice team was officially launched in the conference room of Dinghuo Town Government of Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City. More than 30 people attended the launching ceremony, including deputy secretary of Party Committee of Dinghuo Town, mayor Li Rong, deputy secretary of Party Committee, Wang Liping, member of Party Committee of Dinghuo Town, member of Publicity Branch, Ding Ling, deputy secretary of Party Committee of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School, secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection, Zhang Paifang, vice president, Xue Jinsheng, executive vice president of Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Co.,Ltd., Wang Xue, youth representative of Dinghuo Town, social practice team instructor, student team members, etc. 

At the ceremony, Liu Qiangqiang, secretary of School Youth League Committee, made detailed arrangements for this practice and research activities, and actively carried out volunteer service program and practice research activities through strengthening the cooperation among the school League Committee, local government and enterprises, which made contribution to the civilization construction in the new era. Li Rong, Deputy secretary of Party Committee of Dinghuo Town and the mayor, expressed his warm welcome to the students and teachers of the school research and practice team; he gave a detailed explanation of the history, development and current situation of Dinghuo Town, and required the relevant communities and departments to do a good job in various security works and build a practical research platform for teachers and students of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School. Zhang Paifang, deputy secretary of Party Committee of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School, secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection, expressed gratitude to Dinghuo Town Government and Hengyuan Group for providing a practical research platform for teachers and students of the school. Meanwhile, he also introduced the development situation of the school and“Sanxiaxiang” (a program under which officials, doctors, scientist and college students go to the countryside to spread scientific and literacy knowledge and offer medical service to farmers) in recent years. He pointed out the social practice activity of “Sanxiaxiang” that is organized in every summer vacation time is the fundamental task for strengthening moral education and cultivating students of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational Schools, which is important to educate the socialist builders and successors of the all-round development.

On July 16th, Secretary Zhang of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School led the practice team to visit Hengyuan Group and participated in the activities such as forums, traditional culture publicity, etc. First of all, Wang Xue, executive vice president of the company, expressed warm welcome to the arrival of the practice team. Then, Wang Ping, deputy production manager, accompanied the practice team to learn about the infrastructure construction situation of the company, workshop equipment and production situation. Secretary Zhang expressed, through this visit, we learned the refined management of Hengyuan Group is obviously high, and the corporate culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Finally, the youth representatives from all departments of the company attended the lecture on “Jiangsu Traditional Culture” gave by the teacher of Nanjing Engineering Higher Vocational School. The teacher vividly described the origin of Jiangsu, and made the young employees who attended the trainings have a better understanding for the land where they live.
