The MAK lime plant project is the third cooperative project of HY and Mongolian MAK. HY mainly completed the civil construction, partial equipment supply, equipment installation and equipment commissioning of the project.

At present, the ignited gasifier is the core equipment of the gasification unit, with a net weight of 260 tons, a diameter of 5.4 meters and an overall height of 13.75 meters. The construction process is complex, with high demands in construction technology quality and the safety management. In order to complete the installation and commissioning tasks of the gasifier system safely with high quality and efficiency, the engineering department carefully organized and arranged, and actively convened the professionals to communicate and successfully solved various construction problems. With the active cooperation of various professions, HY and MAK Company carried out preparatory work for single unit and linkage test for the boiler room, nitrogen room, vaporizer body and various protection devices, as well as vaporization furnace bed charge laying. After intense preparations, the works passed the quality acceptance of the owner and the supervisor, so as to ensure successful ignition at first time.

The successful ignition of the gasifier has laid solid foundation for later commissioning and feeding of the lime kiln. We believe that the lime plant project will be put into operation within a short period of time.
